Cam Ward is an impressive goaltender, and with a lineup full of bruised and battered players he's been one of the guys holding things together for the Canes. These two teams have clashed in some intense battles over the past few years, but there will probably not be one more intense than this one. Oh how I miss meaningful games!
This is insanity!! Seven hours to go and I'm already nervous...although who am I kidding, I was nervous seven DAYS ago! :) Should be an exciting one tonight. If you can watch it, I highly recommend it.
Meaningful games? For me that now means a game in which Dan Boyle doesn't get cut with a skate blade. Well, here's to getting Stamkos in the draft lottery--I'd drink to that. We'll try to beat the Canes again for you tomorrow, Chick. Least we could do after your boys helped my boys sneak into the playoffs last year.

I'm so pumped...the atmosphere last night was incredible. I can't wait to do it again Thursday and Saturday.
